RR Sols Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our websites and products.

1. Our Commitment

We believe the web should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is a core part of how we design, build, and maintain our software — including WattleDB.com.au, RankCart.io, app.RankCart.io, Veracly.app, and Telugu.Earth.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Our products are designed with reference to the Australian Government's adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA and the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

3. Measures We Take

Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for assistive-technology navigation
Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements
Visible focus indicators for keyboard and switch users
Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
Labels and clear instructions on all forms
Responsive layouts that reflow on zoom and small screens
Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting where animation is used

4. Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology

Our websites are designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We test against the most recent stable releases.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. Where third-party content or embedded services are outside our direct control, we work with our providers to improve accessibility over time.

7. Assessment Approach

RR Sols Pty Ltd assesses the accessibility of its products through a combination of automated testing, manual review, and keyboard/screen-reader testing. Our compliance product, Veracly.app, performs ongoing WCAG 2.1 AA scans as part of this process.
